Exchange and Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help with exchanges wherever possible.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items must be free from makeup, scents, or any signs of wear.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery. Once we inspect and approve the returned item, we will process an exchange or store credit based on your preference.

Kindly note:
• Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.
• YALIZ Reserve pieces are limited-edition, handpicked designs and are therefore not eligible for exchange. Our team is always happy to help you with sizing or styling guidance before you place your order.
